Will auto-update from extra/auto repository during maintenance, if that repository is configured.

New plugin for integrating the CaptureCast Installer (>= 1.1.0) with CaptureCast.
Allows registering and updating CaptureCast from within UI.
Cannot be used to update until CaptureCast is registered.

Installer now supports registering recorders. Installer will refuse to install or update if a recorder is not registered.
Improvements to facilitate integration with CaptureCast.
Third party repos removed and consolidated into extras repo.
Installer will now include extras repo in updates.
Exceptions raised by installer are now included in log.
Installer now includes repository public key, will add key on register.
Add ability to only install updates from a selected repository
Add ability to check for updates. This will return a list of packages that will be installed if the user chooses to run updates. Changelogs can optionally be fetched with this command.
Add ability to get registration information.
Add ability to check if a license key is valid.
