CaptureCast Platform 4.11.0-beta3

Introduced a “readonly mode” that CaptureCast will set while doing maintenance (in the future will be used for other things e.g. updating, backup/restore, etc)
Transmit event whenever a publish request is created from a capture request. Does not affect manual publish/republish.

CaptureCast Installer 1.0.5

New command remount which remounts the root partition as writable. Does nothing if the root partition is already writable.
Root partition is remounted before any action which may modify the root filesystem.

Updated Glances (system monitoring view) to latest version.
Removed temperature tab as that is being handled by glances now
