  * Changed how live previews are created for a recording. Instead of generating the live preview on capture start, it is
    now generated when the user requests it. This means that the RTMP streaming plugin is never invoked unless the user
    actively opts to preview the recording.
  * For both devices and recordings, live previews that have not been viewed within a certain time are stopped and removed.
