Maintenance
- Rebooting System: This will restart the recorder. A majority of the problems that you might encounter while using CaptureCast Pro can be resolved by rebooting the system.
- Note: After clicking the button to reboot the system, you will be asked to confirm or cancel the operation. If confirmed, the system will reboot and you will need to wait about 2 minutes for the system to come back online. Once you have waited a minute or so, click the Reload Button or just refresh the page in the browser. In most cases, the browser will auto-refresh on its own.
- Restart Media Capture/Publishing/Processing Service: Select this option if you are having a minor UI issue or couldn't stop a capture for any reason.
- Shut down CaptureCast Pro Service: This option will automatically shut down the CaptureCast Pro service.You will manually have to turn it back on when you want to use it again.
- Power Off System: This option will completely shutdown the entire unit. This can be very helpful if you need to power down units due to being in a region with bad weather or expecting a power outage.
