The Manage page is the library to the recorder. It holds all the recordings you have done (unless manually deleted, or set to delete on the Settings-->Storage page).
You can change the way recordings are displayed by switching between two views:
List View and Tile View.
Each recording is displayed with a set of information:
A thumbnail of the recording is shown to the left. To the right of the thumbnail, the following information is displayed:
Icons displaying where the recording was published to and the status.
Grey = Publishing is currently in progress (you will see a magenta progress bar as well)
Yellow = Successfully published however some of the associated assets such as TOC slides did not
Magenta = 100% complete
Red = An error has occurred and publishing has failed
Red background = Session failed to start
When the video is finished publishing you can click the publishing icon, and it will take you to the publishing site for some providers
On the manage page to the right of each capture session is a Cog wheel icon. Clicking the Cog will provide you with options like Preview, Edit Metadata, Clip Video, Republish, Download, and Delete.
* Visualize, Analyze Media, and Download Logs is more for our support team to help debug any problems you may have.
You can access your video in one of two ways:
Using either one of these methods will bring up the Cattura Video player.
While viewing your recording, you are able to click on the progress bar to jump anywhere in the recording, control the volume slider, click on the small camera icon, and you can switch between the video sources (if you captured with Source Copies).
Notes:
If you wish to edit the details of a recording, you can click on the Cog icon to the right, and in the drop down menu, select Edit Metadata.
Clicking Edit will bring up a window where you can change details of the recording such as the recording name.
The second tab of the Edit Recording window lists the devices that were used to capture from. If you click on either of the devices, the information for the Screen Change Detection and Optical Character Recognition information will be displayed for you to see. Of course, if you don't have SCD and OCR enabled for this recording, the contents of each source will be empty on this page.
After selecting a source another window will appear with the the SCD and OCR data captured by that source.
To preview a slide and its OCR just click on the desired slide and it will appear to the right. If you need a closer view select the Cog and click View Text. Under the Edit option you are able to change the slides Image, Time Stampe and Text. If you need to enter an entirely new slide click on the top left +/- button and click Add.
Once you have changed everything you need, click Save to save all of the changes and close the Edit Recording window, or click Cancel and all changes will be aborted and the window will close.
Any assets that were attached to the Scheduled Capture can be changed if need whether it was a file (e.g., document or slideshow) or link (e.g., a hyperlink to a website.
Note: In the Schedule article we will explain more about what an Asset is.
A recording does not have to be pre-configured to publish to a source such as Kaltura, Panopto, Opencast, YouTube, Vimeo etc. You can publish any recording from the Manage page. Click on the Cog icon, and then click on the Republish option.
This will bring up the publishing window, where you can select any publishing source and enter the appropriate information. Once you're done, click on the Publish button to publish the information, or click Back to cancel.
Our Video Clipper is a quick post production video editor used to remove any unwanted sections of the media. The clipper will modify all videos within the session at the exact same time stamps to keep audio/video sync'd at all times.

To download a recording, click on the Cog icon to the right of the recording. You will have Download and Download All options.

Download - This option will allow you to download 1 selected video file at a time.
When it comes to deleting recordings you have a 2 of options.
